GPS files

This is the first hike I've done since getting my GPS, and I have some cool things:

This hike was lots of fun, and competes with Black Creek Ravines as one of my favorites so far. The river views are not quite as scenic, since there are lots of boats and buoys, but it's still great fun. You can see over to Stokes Landing Conservation Area at one point in the hike.

The southernmost tip of the peninsula has oyster shells everywhere. You can walk along the beach (as I did) parallel with the trail as you turn back north, but eventually you have to hop on the trail.

This is a long hike (about 9 miles) but there are interesting things to see the entire way. I have come back several times to run the entire thing, and to bike the red trail with my family.
